Venue Description

Cav is one of Scotland's oldest and most famous venues. Originally called Cavendish Ballroom it opened in the 40's , it is now the largest nightclub in Edinburgh , hosting all sorts of events and club nights. There are 3 venues in one building situated on 2 floors with full disabled access. The venue can accommodate over 1200 people with a total of 6 fully licenced bars

This venue is signed up to the Best Practice Code.

What makes this venue special?

Cav can hold events for 20 to 1200 and has the only sprung dancefloor in Edinburgh. Fantastic sound and lighting, with lasers,CO2 cannons 360 projection and screens throughout the venue
