The Orchardfield Suite is a practical, flexible conference room on the ground floor or the conference centre which comfortably sits up to 150 theatre style, 100 Cabaret and 30 boardroom and 28 U-shape and 80 classroom. Features include: • In built drop down screen, 16:9, and ceiling mounted projector with ceiling speakers • All AV, lighting and air conditioning controlled from an integrated wall mounted panel • Access to small private outdoor garden space • Up to 2 Lapel or hand held microphones available complimentary • Wired High Speed Internet Access (HSIA) and phone line • Complimentary Premium WiFi • Bottled still and sparkling water and conference stationery • 1 flipchart and pens with stand

The stunning scene is the perfect backdrop for evening events and day time meetings alike. It comfortably seats 100 for a banquet, 150 for a standing reception, 100 theatre style, 50 classroom or 30 boardroom.
