Venue Description
The Cauldron is a magical cocktail bar and experience in Edinburgh located a stone's throw away from Princes Street. The venue has 2 main spaces available for hire. It is a unique space with apparent stone walls and located in the building's basement floor. It is decorated like a magical dungeon with rugs, curtains hanging from the walls, wooden tables and benches, warm hues and quirky frames, pictures and lamps.
What makes this venue special?
The venue is usually used for our magical cocktail experience. It is a really immersive space with a quirky and unique decoration. As soon as you enter our venue, you will be transported to a world of magic and fantasy. It is decorated like a magical dungeon with rugs, colourful curtains hanging from the walls, wooden tables and chest benches, warm hues and quirky frames, pictures and lamps. We also have a wall of magical creatures in our bar area!
Venue Programming
We are looking for shows that might be a good fit with our quirky identity. Storytellers, magicians, visual artists, mystics... We are also interested in musicians and comedians.

The cocktail lounge is located next to the bar and offers a mixture of benches and stools seats arranged in a U-shape. It is decorated with colourful hues, vintage rugs and lampshades hanging from the ceiling.

Performance Space Details - The Potions Room (audience capacity 40)
The Potions Rooms features apparent stone walls with various frames, curtains and mixed vintage / esoteric decorations on them. The space is split in two sides - one side larger than the other one, and has a central space between them, free of furniture and which can be seen by all the guests seated in the potions room. The furniture consists of solid wooden chest benches, and wooden tables.
