Venue Description
Just a short journey away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town, the beautiful and historic Leith Theatre is opening its doors to audiences for the first time since 2018. The newly renovated building hosts two ornate and charming spaces which will be home to an exciting range of world-class theatre, dance, comedy and events this summer.
What makes this venue special?
The building's architectural beauty is striking, with the Main Hall boasting an elegant curved roof, rich wooden décor, and a sweeping balcony that embraces the entire upper level. It serves as a uniquely stunning and immersive space for shows and events of large scale at the Edinburgh Fringe. The Thomas Morton Hall is equally ornate and atmospheric, with its own distinct charm as a smaller, more intimate space.
